Neil again joins my dad and me for our hike today. This is a nature center with several learning exhibits including live birds of prey. There are 3 loops for a total of about 2.5 miles. The lake is called Longjohn Slough. Little Red Schoolhouse and Crabtree Nature Center seem very similar.
Most of our videos are filmed in a full 360° arc, this means you should be able to use your device to move the video around and up and down. If you are having issues or if you are watching with VR goggles, click over and watch our Hike360vr playlist directly on YouTube.
Halfway along the first loop, the Farm Pond Trail, the second loop begins, the Black Oak Trail.
There are paths along the outside of the nature center building with several exhibits including the Bees in this video and the Birds of Prey in the opening video.
We are along the White Oak Trail, on the other side of the parking lots. We enjoyed a quick hour hike, but you can stay for a few hours if you have kids or a picnic. We covered a total of 2.8 miles on this day.
